Michael has been able to help clients who have struggled to maintain a fitness routine find true enjoyment and consistency through his programming. 

Small habit changes over a long period of time is the key to sustained success and goal achievement.  He identifies the obstacles between clients and their goals and creates a clear plan with attainable and realistic goals, built on progress and accountability.

There is no one size fits all in health and fitness. Michael’s programs are unique and customized for each individual's needs.

Michael is a Certified Personal Trainer who has helped dozens of clients accomplish their goals. Michael started his education at Equinox completing over 100 hours of their EFTI program. Since then, Michael went on to further his education and get certified with the International Sports Sciences Association. While having a basic understanding of pain in movement from ISSA and the EFTI program, he went to further his education by completing the Dr. John Rusin’s Pain Free Performance Specialist Certification.
